PORSCHE SUED OVER FAULTY CARRERA GT CAR BEFORE

Looks like Porsche might be somewhat responsible for the death of Paul Walker and Roger Rodas.

Porsche has been sued because of how unsafe the Carrera GT car is.  Two men died in a racetrack going over 100MPH after trying to miss another car.  The car spun out of control and flip many times killing the two men inside.

A lawsuit was filled and the family were awarded $4.5 million $350,000 which was paid by Porsche.  As well all now know this car does not have a Stability Management System though Porsche argues that it meets all federal safety standards.  A SMS is now required by law, though we have yet to know if the car that Paul was in had one.

It is so sad that they sell this car.  Doesn't matter how many people may know how to handle the car.
