ZAC EFRON COVERS 'MEN'S FITNESS' JUNE 2016

Zac Efron looks hot on the June cover of 'Men's Fitness' magazine.  Zac talks about how he wants to be lean and how your own body will reject junk food after working out for about two to three weeks. Here is what Zac shared with the magazine:

“I want to be lean. When I put on a t-shirt, I don’t want people to go, ‘Oh, that guy’s a bodybuilder.”  “After a while your body stops craving junk food and you look forward to these meals.”
 “There’s this trigger that happens after two or three weeks of dieting and eating healthy food, where your body switches its primary energy source from burning mainly carbohydrates to burning fat.” “And when it switches over, all your cravings change. You go, ‘Holy cow, I want kale and vinaigrette shredded with beets and a little bit of sweet potato!'”
