Stranger Things:
Stranger Things is a nod to the adventure movies of the 80's.  Think of E.T., The Goonies.  A young boy goes missing and friends and family and neighbors all go looking of him.  What they find is a adventure dealing with government experiments supernatural forces and some weird people.
