BRITNEY SPEARS IS SET TO PERFORM AT THE 2016 MTV VIDEO MUSIC AWARDS

Britney Spears is going to flail her arms and whip her hair at the 2016 MTV Video Music Awards. If you have  seen her show in Vegas you know she still can't dance or move or do anything but i guess MTV needs ratings.  The announcement was made with a video featuring Britney stating that it is more than a stage its a story.  But all we see is a snake.
